ARRIVE IN GOOD TIME
The event will start promptly at 9:45am and will conclude by 3:15pm. We would ask that every observes the timings to ensure we can get through all the sessions planned. We will register your attendance on arrival and issue name badges. Please take your seat no later than 9:35/9:40am in the main conference room

DORSET COUNCIL PLACE TEAMS
We are delighted to have a high number of teams attending so that you can meet colleagues from across Dorset Council

EVENT PACK / NOTES / PRESENTER SLIDES
Each delegate will receive a number of resources at the event including a booklet to make notes.  The slides will be posted to our webpage for the event.

RESPECTFUL PARTICIPATION
We would ask that all delegates treat fellow attendees, guests and speakers with respect. There will be an opportunity to interact with presenters and we would ask that attendees allow us to help facilitate participation from a variety of delegates.

SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS
Any specific requirements specified when you registered for the Event will be clarified by direct email so you know what is in place for your arrival at the venue and during the event.

There is a hearing loop at the venue, TV screens are placed at the front and in the centre of the room on the left and right hand sides and copies of the slides and content will be provided in printed format.

EMERGENCIES
We will make the standard announcements at the start of the event to remind delegates about any emergency procedures – Kingston Maurward advise us there are no planned fire alarm tests on that day so if the alarm does sound it will be for an evacuation of the buildings.
