New Councillor Induction **FULLY BOOKED**

The New Councillor Induction programme will give newly elected or co-opted councillors a good introduction to parish and town life. Please note -  It is more beneficial if you have attended a council meeting before beginning this programme.

*choice of either e-Learning or an online webinar for these elements (C & D).
If C is preferred, we will automatically send information as shown in 2. below.
If D is preferred, please book a date via your clerk, for the Standards in Public LIfe online webinar HERE.

What happens after my clerk has made my booking?
Immediately after the booking has been submitted, you will receive an email confirmation - please check your junk mail if this is not received in your inbox.

Two weeks prior to the New Councillor Induction online training we email you:
1. a link to register with Zoom for the session
2. information on how to access the pre-session A & C (if C was your chosen option) modules - each take approximately 45 minutes to work through. For the best experience we would advise using a desktop or laptop, although these can be completed on a tablet or smartphone.

A reminder will be sent a few days before the New Councillor Induction online training session to give you time (if needed) to complete the e-learning and to register for the training over the weekend.

On the day of training make sure you join 5 minutes before the scheduled start time using the link you have received by email.
