Analogue Phones Switch Off | Presentation from BT about how they will support customers

Analogue lines will be switched over in the next 18 months approximately in Dorset. Each telecoms service provider is tasked with supporting their customers through this change and in the process helping support vulnerable customers where the impact may be greater.

Dorset Council arranged for BT to explain the approach they will be taking to support their Dorset customers and others in the South West.. Geraint James from BT ran through a presentation explaining BT's support for customers and precisely how the change will work.
