An intermediate understanding of the planning system
This session builds on the Basic Introduction to Planning webinar and covers some of the more specialised aspects of the planning system as well as looking at some aspects in more detail. It will explore Local Plans and local planning; planning obligations (Community Infrastructure Levy and Section 106 agreements); heritage (Listed Buildings, Conservation Areas etc.); nature conservation (including Biodiversity Net Gain); trees & hedgerows, National Landscape areas (formerly Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty) and much more.
