From 10:00 to 15:00 including a networking lunch
The programme includes:
- Meeting the funders and tackling core costs - speakers Ellie Macguire from DCF, Kirsty Main from the Lottery and Anita Hansen from SNG
- Recruiting people from the local community - speaker Vicky Hall from Volunteer Centre Dorset
- Doing things differently; thinking about micro-initiatives, community businesses and how community spaces can provide new services in new ways - speakers include Lydia Harvey of Seed-to-Plate and others to be confirmed
