NPPF: Proposed reforms and other changes to the planning system  

The Government in December 2025 published a consultation on a draft National Planning Policy Framework (NPPF), signalling major revisions in the planning system aimed at creating “a clearer, more rules-based planning system, where developments that meet requirements can move forward with greater certainty. This will make the system easier to navigate for communities, councils and developers alike”. 

The webinar will examine the proposals contained in the NPPF as well as other recent planning reforms that will have the biggest implications for the sector.
