Bryanston Parish Council is seeking a part-time Clerk to undertake the duties of Proper Officer/RFO from 1 May 2026.

The parish of Bryanston is situated in North Dorset, on the River Stour, 1 mile west of Blandford Forum.

The Parish Council is looking for a highly motivated individual who works well from home and as a team and is enthusiastic, organised and willing to serve the community and the council. The council currently qualifies for the General Power of Competence and would be looking for applicants who have the CiLCA qualification, or similar, or who are willing to undertake the relevant training.

Salary is dependent on experience and qualifications but will be in line with the NALC payment guidelines. All relevant training and subscriptions to relevant industry bodies will be paid by the Council and a full handover from the current Clerk will be undertaken.
