Bridgit is an online self-help platform available 24/7 to provide information and advice to unpaid carers - particularly helpful when users wish to remain anonymous or would like to access support when office hours are closed. Bridgit offers a facility to telephone a AI bot known as a Carer Coach to ask questions and also to chat by text to the AI bot. The platform works by scraping information from trusted sources and the internet. Information provided is local so it's important to use the correct link for BCP or Dorset Councils otherwise you could be using a Bridgit platform from another local authority area.
