This course looks at what requirements and obligations local councils have under the Freedom of Information Act.
Breakthrough Communications discuss the necessary policies and procedures and what steps to follow when managing an Freedom of Information (FOI) request including the use of exemptions. The course will also cover how your council can ensure awareness among employees and councillors about FOI.
